Jaimees toyshelf

While working on Daltons toy box I also started working on this one. I experimented with my first dowel joint which came out amazingly straight and square. But then the lumber had a bow in it and the dowels lined up but the edges weren't flush anymore. So I resorted to the old countersinking screws method. It won't matter since I won't stain pine again, remember? This box will also have cute doors....my first doors. Naturally, I am curious how they will turn out.
I figured out that I dislike oil based anything since clean up is such a pain. Somehow my brushes never really get clean, how come?
